Great bank foreclosures with 6.5 acres of land

The bank listed this foreclosure home around 6 months ago for 90,000. Then they slowly dropped the price. I was wondering what happened to the house.

I finally got a chance to check the property today and I found the HVAC was stolen, some of the wires were cut, but it has a great basement and spacious 3 bed rooms . It does need some works. But for a 1900 sf with 6.5 acres of land, it is only $50,000. how can you get wrong?
